Shipping

All orders will be processed within 3-10 business days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation mail.

We will notify you again when your order is sent.

Delivery may be delayed depending on the specificity and quantity of the order, or the situations in your area.

Domestic Shipping

Australia - Shipping will be charged $12 per box.

Korea - Shipping will be charged 4000won per box.

International Shipping

We delivery all over the world. International shipping may be charged differently depending on the total weight of the order, so please contact us via email (berryverycandle@gmail.com) before ordering.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which occurs when the shipment arrives in the country of destination. It is your responsibility as a customer if these charges apply.

If you haven't received the products in 30 days after confirming your order, please contact berryverycandle@gmail.com with your name and order number and we are always here for you.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, not worn, tagged, or originally packaged. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To process the return, please contact to the email(berryverycandle@gmail.com). Once your return is accepted, we will send you details for return shipping with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Products returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

When you receive the product, please inspect your order and contact us immediately to evaluate and correct the problem if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

If you inspect it after two days, it is not considered as manufacturing and delivery problems.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
